Training Locations:

• American Tobacco Trail (ATT), White Oak entrance:  1305 White Oak Church Rd, Apex, NC 27523 

• Jordan Lake Educational Forest:  2832 Big Woods Rd, Chapel Hill, NC 

• Seaforth High School:  444 Seaforth Road, Pittsboro, NC. We’ll be meeting at the track.

Notes:

• Please plan accordingly to pick up your child so the coaches can get to work! 

• It is important to check the location and time for practice each day. We will do our best to give you plenty of warning, and to make as few changes as possible, week to week, but as training goes on, we will need to add new training areas that offer unique training opportunities as the athletes become faster and more fit.

• We will be adding in some optional team runs during the summer at William B. Umstead State Park, 8801 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27617 We will give more information on that when we decide dates.
