Kevin Overcash

Kevin Overcash is a native of Mooresville, NC but has spent his 30 year military career traveling to over 100 countries.

Kevin is a sports enthusiast and loves all sports. He has spent the majority of his life either participating in sports, coaching or training athletes. 

As a younger man, he posted an undefeated power lifting record (139-0) as well as an undefeated MMA record (9-0). In addition, he posted a 26-11 grappling and Jiu Jitsu record.  

Kevin spent 18 years as a head coach of the men's and women's softball teams for the USAF-171^st ARW/4^th AF. For 10 years, Coach Overcash served as a youth softball head coach in Pittsburgh, PA and 10 years as a wrestling assistant coach in Pennsylvania for Junior Wrestling.

He founded, owned and operated Well Rounded Athletes which focused on and developed mental toughness and physical training of elite, coachable athletes. 

Overcash has a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership/Business and a bachelor's in Military Science. Kevin is currently serving his 31st year in the United States Air Force, where he leads a Logistics Squadron.
 

He and his wife, Angela live in Cary, NC.  They have a blended family with six very busy, enthusiastic and wonderful children.
