Seaforth was selected as the 2024 Wells Fargo Cup 2A Classification recipient. The awards recognize the high schools that achieve the best overall interscholastic athletic performance within each of the state’s four competitive classifications.

Register Now to Play Sports at Seaforth

Register now on Student Central at PlanetHS to play sports at Seaforth High School. You will be required to setup a user account and password. Every student athlete must complete ALL paperwork to include uploading a recent annual physical in order to do sports skills workouts and/or tryouts. Fall Sports officially begin on Monday, July 31, 2023 so make sure everyone completes the documents by July 21st.  NOTE: If you athlete is doing Summer Workouts, these form must be completed prior to participating in workouts at Seaforth. Here comes spring sports! If you are interested in joining the spring Track & Field team, come to our interest meeting this Thursday 2/8 in the kettle at 5:30. Make sure your paper work is up to date on BigTeams prior to coming and bring your chromebooks. Students wishing to join the team must attend, parents are welcome to join but are not required. If you have questions, ask Mrs. Christensen! See you then!

Conference Champs Alert!! Congratulations to our Hawks Winter Track & Field team! They did an amazing job at our conference meet yesterday where the boys team took 1st place and the girls team took 2nd place🎉 Almost everyone set a new personal record in their events and we have many more athletes added to our State Qualifies list. These Hawks truly did R.I.S.E. and represented Seaforth well🙌🏻

Congratulations Seaforth Swim for winning 1A/2A Mid Carolina Conference championship for 3 years in a row! Please cheer on your Diving Hawks Saturday 2/3 at the Greensboro Aquatic Center in Greensboro, NC.  The meet starts at 9am.

The team won the conference this year, and Evelyn Atkins was the singles winner for the conference as well.  Evelyn Atkins came in 2nd in Regionals and Lauren Keeley, Ella Gentel and Evelyn Atkins all qualified for the state tournament (Evelyn in singles, Lauren and Ella in doubles)

Brian Ledford has been named the new Varsity Head Coach for the Lady Hawks. Coach Ledford has been with Seaforth since we have opened teaching Math and Coaching Baseball. Can't wait to see what this season holds!
