Register Now to Play Sports at Seaforth

Register now on Student Central at PlanetHS to play sports at Seaforth High School.
You will be required to setup a user account and password.
Every student athlete must complete ALL paperwork to include uploading a recent annual physical in order to do sports skills workouts and/or tryouts. Fall Sports officially begin on Monday, July 31, 2023 so make sure everyone completes the documents by July 21st.
NOTE: If you athlete is doing Summer Workouts, these form must be completed prior to participating in workouts at Seaforth.
