Seaforth/Southern Lee
Hawks XC kicked off the season with the first meet against Southern Lee in Kiwanis Park in Sanford on Wednesday, August 17th. It was a great meet that gave Coaches Mitchell and Smith a glimpse of how summer training helped shape Seaforth runners for the 2022 XC season. The Hawks are set to run their home course in Jordan Lake State Educational Forest for a Mid Carolina Conference meet on Wednesday, August 30 at 4:30pm.
